At Louis Erard, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include the original warranty card and any protective films intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the timepiece in its original Louis Erard presentation box, ensuring all manuals, certificates, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
